David is the founder and Managing Director of Managed IT Experts Ltd. More than 10 years ago, after completing his Master's degree in IT from Glasgow University, he spotted the gap in the market for friendly, personalised but affordable IT service for businesses and charities.
The company has successfully evolved into a focused team of IT professionals ready to go that extra mile to make IT work for its customers. David is involved in project management, business development and ensuring client satisfaction.
Business Development Manager
Stuart joins us with a vast experience in Business Development spanning over 12 years and many industries such as Employment Law, Health and Safety and Digital Marketing.
This helps him be in a great position to advise our clients on their IT strategy and how best to get their IT working best for them.
Operations Account Manager
Sergio taught Behavioural Psychology to University students and worked as a Clinical Psychologist for almost 10 years. He was also the Practice Manager and heavily involved with IT, using early technologies to help boost his own business.
Having made the transition from fixing people to fixing computers, he is now focused on using his diverse experience to help clients make their IT tick. Sergio has worked for Managed IT Experts between 2008 and 2011 and rejoined the team in 2014 in the Operations Account Manager position.
Senior IT Engineer
Richard is one of our most experienced and senior IT support engineers. Before joining the company he spent around 10 years supporting clients in the corporate and public sectors.
Richard now focuses his talents and energy on small and medium businesses. Sharing his experience with them, he says he enjoys the fact that he can directly see the fruits of his efforts. And that’s what it’s all about.
Stewart has been working in IT for about 5 years and his main focus in IT is to gain more experience and climb the technical ladder.
So, delivering a high standard of technical support to all customers is what he strives to do each day. Making sure that all requests are completed and the customer is happy with the support provided.
Andrew has been working in IT since the days when dial-up was the only way to connect to the Internet and had to be a “computer scientist” to use email.
These days Andrew specialises in remote user helpdesk support and proactive maintenance. He is always eager not only to resolve issues but find long term solutions to prevent IT issues from happening again.
