David is a technology led founder and Managing Director of Managed IT Experts Ltd. In 2002, after completing his Master's degree in IT from Glasgow University, he spotted a gap in the market for friendly, personalised, technical expert, not sales people, led IT and business systems company focused helping businesses across Scotland and the rest of the UK.

David's interest range from IT systems efficiency, to CRM and ERP solution development, to making the most of AI for business automation.

Sergio

Sergio is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT , systems management, and technical operations. Over the years, he has led cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT projects.

In addition to his IT expertise, he has extensive experience in business applications, particularly in implementing CRM systems.

Richard

Richard is one of our most experienced and senior IT experts. Before joining the company he spent more than 15 years supporting clients in the corporate and public sectors.

Richard's interests and more than 30 year IT expertise range from CRM systems, Business Intelligence, to the latest Artificial Intelligence solutions and experimentation with the latest available business automation solutions.

Marius

Marius has been specialising in ERP systems and specifically in Dynamics 365 Business Central for the last 30 years.
Amongst many ERP areas, Marius specialises in Business Process, Requirements Analysis, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Warehouse Management, Barcode Automation, and System Validation in diverse range of industries - from Manufacturing to Pharmaceutical.

Mischa and Rocky

These two are David's constant companions in his home office throughout his working day.
And have a habit of appearing and disappearing while David is on Teams calls. Particularly Mischa who likes the camera!

Mark

Mark is a Senior IT and business systems specialist with over 13 years hands-on experience working in the Information Technology and Services industry. He is skilled in managing Cloud environments, Databases, and helping clients with their digital transformation.

Also, Mark has a keen interest in the latest technologies and has been experimenting a lot for the latest AI solutions and working on practical business applications.

Vytenis

Experienced Dynamics Finance & Operations Business Analyst, Solution Architect, project manager; ERP and EDI (integrations) manager and team lead.

He loves working in the close-knit support team, helping colleagues with tasks and ensuring the clients are receiving a top-notch support service.

Kanwal

Kanwal is a highly experienced Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Architect.

She is able to get the very best out of Microsoft solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) for our customers and ensure they are able to drive their businesses more effectively.

Prima

Prima is Michelle's companion when she is working on projects for Managed IT Experts.
Michelle tell us she is also capable of being very good when she is looking for a nice treat!

Michelle

Michelle joined Managed IT Experts in 2019 after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
She has been working in customer support/due diligence fields for the past 2 years and is currently carrying out our clerical duties such as responding to emails, preparing documents, performing our bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and other relevant tasks.

Mo

Mo is an experienced Dynamics Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 consultant.
With experience in implementation, customization, configuration, integration and migration.

Ruben

Ruben is a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with more than 8 years of experience.
His focus is on designing and architecting B2B systems that deliver maximum value for customers.

Bob is a B2B systems architect and business analyst with more than 12 years of experience in the IT industry.
He likes helping clients to digitize business and to participate in information gathering and corresponding development tasks defining processes.

His goal as HR Manager, is to use tech to help people find their passion - and leverage and integrate it seamlessly. So that people are more engaged, more enthusiastic about their output and added value.

Jan has been working in the IT field for nearly 15 years, initially as an engineer and later as a IT operations manager.
Currently Jan focuses primarily on service improvements. She is responsible for system, procedural or governance changes, which bring operational improvements for the benefit of our clients and our team.

Lovro

Lovro is a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and AI technical expert, with a deep knowledge of the full Microsoft ecosystem of business applications.

He is particularly technically skilled in developing AI based process flows, documentation and Dynamics 365 based systems. Lovro is a keen experimenter of the latest technologies and is passionate about how to apply them in the real world business scenarios.

Kim has been working in executive assistance and administration for over 15 years and she provides support to Managed IT Experts team wherever they may need it.

Andrew has been working in IT more than 15 years. His first steps in the IT field were related to Siemens equipment.

Now he specializes in Cloud solutions, AI, and business process automation.

Roman is an experienced UI and UX expert.
He is responsible for ensuring a good user experience on digital properties for both Managed IT Experts and our customers.

Andrew

Andrew has been working in IT since the days when dial-up was the only way to connect to the Internet and you had to be a “computer scientist” to use email.

These days Andrew specialises in remote user helpdesk support and proactive maintenance. He is always eager not only to resolve issues but find long term solutions to prevent IT issues from happening again.

Ged

Ged takes care of the 1st and 2nd line IT support for our clients. He is passionate about making sure our clients’ IT just works and is not a “roadblock” to performing their daily tasks.
After work, he has another passion – restoring classical cars, and making sure they stay on the road 😊

Ammar brings over 12 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365.
His expertise extends to designing and developing both out-of-the-box and custom Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, as well as web applications.

Giorgi is an experienced technical Dynamics 365 and AI specialist with more than 20 years of experience in Microsoft business applications. Also, he worked for more than 10 years in both the ERP and CRM ``worlds`` with a strong financial background.

Giorgi is also adept at gathering business requirements and designing solutions, as well as working on new R&D projects.
