Founded in Glenrothes in 1996 they we are fast approaching their 25th Anniversary servicing the multi utility industry.
Gas & Utility have been dependant on an old contact database and spreadsheets used for marketing. Also, they have just employed a new business development person to help them with further growth of the business.
So, the systems in place were no longer adequate and were not in line with future business growth plans.
The new Dynamics 365 CRM system from Microsoft was an ideal fit for Gas & Utility needs. They were already on Office 365 for their emails and it was a natural extension to their business application suite.
Also, it allowed them to hit the ground running very quickly and then gradually expand their usage of Dynamics 365 based on on-going business needs.
So, there was no need for a big CRM project with long timescales and a big budget.
Quick deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 allowed Gas & Utility to focus on growing their business further rather than getting involved in big technology projects.
Also, it gave them a platform to continue their business streamlining and automation journey.
