Discounted Office Supplies (DOS) is a growing family owned company with a focus on customer service.
DOS computers were not helping them. They had PCs with out of date Windows XP operating systems that were very slow to operate. But it wasn’t just a case of getting them up and running. There was a need for a more flexible IT setup that would allow remote access as well as making the company’s IT resources centralised and more secure.
Once DOS saw that Green IT-in-a-Box would create a centralised shared IT resource for all the staff and eliminate the need to use and maintain individual workstation for each user they couldn’t wait for the ink to dry on the agreement.
